House Rules
- Be respectful with neighbours and do not disturb them
- Pets are not allowed
- No smoking
- Keep the house in perfect condition during your stay
- Do not use towels in the garden
- To make appropriate and reasonable use of the comforts provided (e.g. heating, air conditioning) as well as of the household appliances and furniture in the flat
- To notify the landlord as soon as possible in case of breakdown, damage or accident that may occur in the accommodation during your stay
